4. Objects :- (The objects should be written elaborately and should be the same as written in the Memorandum of the Society)
ENVIRONMENT CULTURE HEALTH ORIENTATION
"the control of all those factors in man's environment which exercise or may exercise a deleterious effect on his physical development, health and survival"
(i) Physical : Water, air, soil, housing, wastes, radiation, etc.
(ii) Biologic : Plant and animal life including bacteria, viruses, insects, rodents and animals.
(iii) Social : Customs, Culture, habits, income, occupation, religion etc.
"It is a way of life. It is the quality of living that is expressed in the clean home, the clean farm, the clean business, the clean neighbourhood and the clean community. Being a way of life it must come from within the people; it is nourished by knowldege and grows as an obligation and an ideal in heman relations."
The environmental factors which are basic and fundamental to individual and community health are :

5. Membership :-
(a) Qualification of becoming members :- Any person with good moral character interested to work towards achieving the objectives of the society is eligible to become member of the society with prior approval of the President and/or the Secretary.
(b) Subscription, Donation etc. :- Not obligatory instead as per wish.
(c) Collection of Fund :- By the President and/or the Secretary to be utilized in formulating and implementing the targets as per the objectives. The Society Bank Account will be operated by the President and/or the Secretary.
6. Procedure of the General meeting : (How many times in a year the General meeting will be held)
The General meeting will be held annually and as required under the chairpersonship of either the President or the Secretary.
Any Member of the Society can participate in the meeting with prior approval of the chairperson. Those present in the meeting can forward their views and due consideration will be given to the relevant discussions, towards achieving the objectives and if deemed appropriate by either the President or the Secretary necessary steps will be implemented for fulfilling them. The General meeting can be called by either the President or the Secretary and there is no hard and fast regulation for sending invitation to the Members instead it it the sole discretion of the chairperson to whom to inform and to whom to not.
7. Quorum of the General meeting :- (How many of the total members of the General body are required to be present to form quorum of the general body meeting).
One-third of the total members of the General body are required to be present to form quorum of the General body meeting.

8. Selection procedure of the executive Committee/ Governing body/Managing Committee :-
The President and the Secretary will be elected by the Members of the Executive body. If there is no unanimous selection all elections shall be decided by the result of ballot votes to be casted by the Members present in the meeting of the Executive body, and every Members so present shall have votes equivalent to the number of vacancies and no Member shall cast more than one vote in favour of one candidate. In turn the President and/or the Secretary will have the sole discretionary power to appoint the five Members of the Executive body.
9. Short Description of the Executive body :- (This description must tally with the list given in the item 4 of Memorandum copy).
The Executive body will consist of seven Members as follows :
A) the President
B) the Secretary
C) the Members (five in number)
The Executive body will frame different sub-committees for execution of the different projects of the society. Members of the sub-committee will be nominated or elected by the President and/or the Secretary and will have the power to dissolve any sub-committee or advisory body setup by it.
10. The term of the Executive body :-
Once elected or nominated teh Members will continue to hold the position for two consecutive years and office-bearers once elected r nominated will continue to hold position for three consecutive years.
11. Procedure of Re-election of the members of the Executive body :-
Members shall be eligible for re-election or re-nomination till he or she enjoys the confidence of the society.
12. Procedure of the meeting of the Executive body :- (How many times in a year or month the meeting of the executive body will be held).
The meeting of the Executive body will be held every quarter of the year and as required under the chairpersonship of either the President and/or the Secretary.
13. Quorum of the meeting of the Executive body :- (How many of the total members of the Executive body are required to be present to form quorum of the meeting of the Executive body).
One-third of the total members of the Executive body are required to be present to form quorum of the Executive body meeting.

14. Expulsion of undesirable member :- Any member who goes against the rules and regulations of the organisation may be expelled from the organisation.
15. Auditor :- A qualified auditor will be appointed by the executive body who shall audit the account of the society at least once in a year and annual audit report will be submitted to the Registrar of Societies regularly.
16. Legal procedure :- According to the provision laid down in the Section 6 of the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 the society may sue or may be sued in the name of the President or Secretary of the society.
17. Dissolution :- If necessary the society may be dissolved and the properties remained after dissolution may be handed over according to provision laid down in the Section 13 and 14 of the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860.
